I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were large, very clean, and comfortable, offering a not expensive bar and children's play area. The service was top-notch with plenty of channels in different languages, and the staff were lovely and very professional. The location was really good, a bit away from the center of the town but convenient for exploring the Serra da Estrela region. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good selection of breakfast items. Overall, a great value for money stay with minor room for improvement in some areas.

The hotel offers amazing rooms with hot air coming out of the vents but of average size, conveniently located near a shopping center with lidl and Aldi. The service is very helpful and attentive with scrupulous cleaning routines. The location is really good, away from the tight center of Covilhã but a small drive from everything, including Serra da Estrela for snow-seeking adventures. The dining lacks local items but provides a good variety of products. The facilities are modern and clean.
